Job duties

Marketing strategy execution
– Participate in the implementation of the AI4Eyes marketing plan
– Create monthly campaign schedules, segment customer journeys and track performance indicators
– Write, edit and publish content on various channels
– Audit and improve the website (under Wix) for usability, clarity, conversion and SEO
– Update pages to reflect product value, customer needs and clinical credibility
– Monitor and analyze site performance (traffic, bounce rate, lead generation) LinkedIn and social media marketing

Develop a LinkedIn content strategy tailored to healthcare professionals
– Create visuals, expert publications and campaigns to increase visibility
– Track engagement indicators and propose continuous improvements

The intern will work closely with the Executive Product Manager to plan, execute and adjust key marketing initiatives. The aim is to generate awareness, interest and qualified leads before launching the product.

Job criteria

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in marketing, communications, digital media, or business administration, with a strong interest in health technologies, visual storytelling, and digital strategy execution.

Skills required for the position

Execution of digital marketing campaigns (planning, publishing, analysis)
• Graphic design with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.)
• Web content management (ideally using Wix)
• Social media strategy, particularly for LinkedIn
• Writing for the web and social media
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Assets:
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform
• Knowledge of SEO, conversion optimization, and analytics tools
• Understanding of the healthcare, medical technology, or regulated industries
• Proficiency in a European language (Spanish, German, or Italian)
