Plan or optimize my digital strategy

As part of the final course of the M.Sc. in e-commerce, our brilliant students will be at your service to plan or optimize your digital presence, evolve your business model or market your products and services online.

Give them a challenge or a problem to solve!

Transformed into strategists for an intensive 6-week project, our students will produce the following deliverables:

A prototype

if applicable, the aim is to get closer to a finished product.

An executive report

outlining strategies and tactics to achieve your goals.

A presentation

15-20 minutes to present their recommendations.

Relevant appendices

depending on the type of mandate, analyses of your data, audits of your various channels, a media plan, etc.

Are there any charges?

No, but we do need your involvement. The more involved you are and the more relevant data you can provide, the more beneficial the mandate will be for your company.

FAQs

Do I have to share personal or customer data?

No, no customer data, just anonymized web data from your Google Analytics or social media. All our students can sign a confidentiality agreement if you wish, and no data is retained or distributed by HEC Montréal. This data will never be shared externally and will remain confidential. Data access will be withdrawn from students at the end of the term.

How do I register?
