Reels are displayed on the Explore page on the Instagram application, alongside IGTVs, photos, and stories.

Well, the answer depends on your needs. TikTok is used by a much younger audience like Gen Z as Instagram targets more millennials. Instagram is already a big social media used for different types of content.
