But the important question is: do they know <a href=\"https:\/\/digital.hec.ca\/en\/?p=2091&amp;preview=true&amp;preview_id=2091\">how manage their social media platforms<\/a> in order to develop a better realtionship with their costumers, gain new ones and improve their sales?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.revechat.com\/blog\/top-9-ways-social-media-impacts-businesses\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2121 size-medium aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/digital.hec.ca\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/11\/Impact-of-social-media-on-business-banner-300x113.jpg\" alt=\"Most known social media platforms and sales\" width=\"300\" height=\"113\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>The approach<\/h2>\n<p>There are a lot of ways to be visible on social media and the three most important are: posts, stories and lives. Every aspect of them counts such as: looking for the best hour to publish, type of post, quality and quantity of hashtags, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2200\" src=\"https:\/\/digital.hec.ca\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/11\/WHY-FACEBOOK-MARKETPLACE_-1-1024x576-1-300x169.png\" alt=\"Social media: Facebook marketplace - sales\" width=\"304\" height=\"171\" \/>In the case of Facebook, this social media offers a serie of options in which you can increase your sales. Additionally, the most important feature of this social media is that you can offer what you want to sell by your profile, groups or marketplace. Doing it by Facebook groups or marketplace helps you to increase your views and interactions. You can prepare a post specially for this kind of social media including a little text, picture or pictures, how are you feeling, location, etc. Certainly, the focus of this social media is to look for likes.<a href=\"https:\/\/sproutsocial.com\/insights\/facebook-marketing-strategy\/\"> That is why &#8220;a study shows that social media marketers need videos and budget for ads in order to succeed in this platform&#8221;.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2201\" src=\"https:\/\/digital.hec.ca\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/11\/types-of-instagram-posts-300x143.jpg\" alt=\"Social media: Post of Instagram to increase sales\" width=\"302\" height=\"144\" \/>In addition, on Instagram you can offer your products or services by your own account via posts or stories. You have to be consistent on your posts because this social media focusses on the quality of the pictures. The feed of your profile counts a lot if you want to have more followers in order to reach more people and increase your sales. Also, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.com\/instagram-marketing\">you can increase your sales doing promotions,<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.com\/instagram-marketing\">\u00a0contests, charity, teasers and live launches<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Don&#8217;t forget that&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Every <a href=\"https:\/\/digital.hec.ca\/en\/?p=2091&amp;preview=true&amp;preview_id=2091\">social media platform<\/a> has its own perspective and we can take advantage of them for free.
